It was yet another beautiful day. The forecast was totally wrong, but I am not complaining!
We wanted to take advantage of the weather and wanted to go out and do something, but Mio woke up still tired and a little cranky so we wanted to take it easy today. So we went to the nearby "farmhouse" in the morning, and we were going to go out later in the afternoon. But I got a call from Jonathan, and he said he is done with work early, so we changed our plan, and decided to meet up with him in the city center after lunch.
We walked around a bit, and then we went up the Round Tower, where you can overlook the city. Even though the tower is not that tall, you get a good view of the city, and today was a perfect day for it. Right outside the tower, there were a couple of street performers (?) making these ginormous bubbles with just two poles and a string. It was pretty amusing to watch, and certainly very entertaining for kids. We probably sat there and watched these guys for nearly an hour.
We walked around a bit more, and it was time to eat again. We were near the restaurant we went the other day when we got rained, and that was the only restaurant we knew would be decent, so we decided to go there again. I had the fish cakes with boiled potatoes and a salad. Both the fish cakes and the sour cream sauce had a lot of dill in them, and I am normally not a big fan of dill, but it actually complimented the dish nicely, and I liked it.
